Xcentrick Autosports Inc. (“Xcentrick”) limited warranty covers Xcentrick’s modifications and alterations that Xcentrick makes to the product. This limited warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship attributable to Xcentrick that are used by Xcentrick in the assembly process and are not covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

• Defects in the chassis, materials, components or parts of the product not attributable to Xcentrick or that warranted by another entity.
• Items that are added or modified after the product leaves Xcentrick’s possession.
• Product that is sold, used, or held for commercial purposes, dealer demonstrators or for rental purposes.
• Normal wear, tear, usage, maintenance, service, and periodic adjustments.
• Problems related to mis-operation, accidents or collisions, road hazards, any acts of weather, theft, neglect or abuse, or failure to maintain the product in accordance with the owner’s manual.
• Damage from the use of improper fuels or exceeding the recommended maximum engine RPM.
• Costs associated with obtaining warranty service, including transportation, towing, lodging, loss of use, lost earnings, or any other incidental costs.

The warranty period begins on the date that the product is delivered to the first retail purchaser then continues for three(3) years or the first thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles/sixty thousand (60,000) kilometres, whichever occurs first.

We will repair or replace. at our option, free of charge, any defective part covered by this warranty.

To obtain warranty service the owner must do all of the following:
(1) Within 10 days of discovering a defect in material or workmanship, and within the warranty period, contact an independent, authorized dealer of Xcentrick or the Xcentrick warranty department by telephone at 519-737-0680 or by mail at 5550 Oldcastle Rd. s, Oldcastle, ON N0R 1L0
(2) Promptly schedule an appointment for service
(3) Deliver the vehicle for service at your expense.

You must perform reasonable and necessary maintenance upon the product.

This warranty excludes transportation to and from the dealer or manufacturer to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, loss of revenues, salaries or commissions, lodging, towing charges, bus fares, car rentals, inconvenience, or other incidental costs. This warranty excludes the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged because of a defect in the product as well as other consequential damages.

The implied warranty of merchantability, and unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use, is limited to first thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles / sixty thousand (60,000) kilometres, whichever occurs first and any other implied warranties arising by operation of law are specifically limited to the three year duration of this written warranty.

Xcentrick reserves the right to make changes in design and changes or improvements upon its product without imposing any obligation upon itself to install such changes or improvements upon products previously manufactured.

The completion and return of the Warranty Registration card attached is required to make this Limited Warranty effective. By requiring the completion and return of the card, Xcentrick can better serve your needs should a defect occur.
