When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once placed, orders will be processed within 3 business days and delivered within an additional 8-10 business days. if an order is placed on an evening, weekend or holiday it will begin processing the next business day.

How much is shipping?

We offer $15 flat rate shipping within Ontario and $20 flat rate to the rest of Canada, we currently ship with Canada Post.

Do you offer local pickup?

We sure do! If your address is in Ontario, you can select ‘local pick-up’ option at check-out.  Once ready, these orders can be picked up at Xcentrick Autosports 5550 Oldcastle rd. South, Oldcastle, ON N0R 1L0.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the Canada Post site where you can track your delivery.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?

Definitely! During checkout, you’ll be given the option to ‘ship to a different address’. Click that, enter the new address and you’ll be on your way!

What payment options do you offer?

For online orders we’re happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To pay by email money transfer contact us directly.

I made a mistake! Can I modify my order?

Send us an email within 12 hours of your order at info@xkautosports.com or call us at (519) 737-0680 and we will try to solve any order issues as best we can!

I was sent the wrong order or a damaged item. What next?

Oh no! Please email us at info@xkautosports.com with your order number. We’ll take it from there and make this right for you.

Can I order from outside of Canada?

At this time, we only offer shipping to Canadian addresses.

Can I return an item?

You sure can, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. The refund will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original payment form. View our full returns policy here.

Prior to returning any item, Xcentrick Autosports must be contacted via email or phone 519-737-0680 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Orders returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied
  • Used, or installed items are not eligible for return
  • You must report damage, shortages, or missing items in your package(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Note: The return price is the amount paid after all discounts are applied. A portion of the coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be subtracted from all returned items noted on the original receipt.
